Cheer FAQ

📣 Our season start date is between July 15-August 1st (date still tbd)

📣 Our All-Abilities team practices once per week for an hour.  They only cheer at our home games.  Registration is free!

📣 Our Tiny Mites team practices twice per week 6-7:30 & all other teams practice 3 times per week 6-8.  Practice schedules are set by the head coach & will be sent out by July.
*Most teams practice Monday-Friday for the 1st 2 weeks of the season to get through conditioning hours
*Once we move indoors, the older teams will have some practices 7:30-9

📣 Cheerleaders attend weekly football games that begin at the end of August.  Home games are at our home field at 148 Peck St. in Rehoboth.  We go to away games as well!

📣 There are 2-4 mandatory Cheer Comps
💚 Fun Comp-Date TBD (beginning of October)
💛 Risma-October 25th at URI
🤍 Regionals (if your team places)-November 15/16 at Mass Mutual
💚 Nationals (if your team places)-1st week of December in North Carolina
*Our Tiny Mites team only perform at Fun Comp. And Risma & then their season is over!

📣 Which team should you choose?
💚 Tiny Mites-Kindergarten-2nd grade
💛 Mitey Mites-2nd-3rd grade
🤍 Jr. PeeWee-3rd-4th grade
💚 PeeWee-5th-7th grade
💛 JV-7th-8th grade

📣 Uniform & Pom Poms will be borrowed through us for free.  We require a uniform deposit check that will only be cashed if you don’t return them.  

📣 You can purchase any solid white cheer sneakers.  

📣 We will be hosting a uniform try-on night in June, date TBD
