To keep things clear and fair for all families, refunds will be issued based on the timing of your request.

Refund Amounts

• 100% Refund – If the request is received before the first practice
• 50% Refund – If the request is received before the start of the second week of practice
• No Refunds – After the second week of practice
• Refunds will not be provided for participants injured during practice / games as pop warner insurance will need to be paid to cover the injured participant.
• All DR equipment must be returned to receive a refund

The date and time stamp on the email will be used to determine the refund amount.
