Residency Priority Policy
The D-R Pop Warner Board reserves the right to reassign or remove a roster spot from any athlete who does not reside within our official boundaries if necessary to provide an opportunity for an athlete who lives within our service area.

This policy allows local athletes within our pop warner defined area to have an opportunity to participate in the program.
The goal is to try and not turn anyone away that has a desire to participate in football or cheer.
